I Watched That Episode of MTV’s Exiled

If you haven’t been salivating over the premise of this show, then you are not my friend, but I will explain it to you.  Basically a bunch of the bitches from My Super Sweet Sixteen are sent to live in remote, undeveloped areas of the world without material comforts. Ta-da!

I thought this would be awesome, but I was disappointed to discover the little turds only spend a week at their destinations. I think I speak for all of America (as I usually do) when I say What the fuck? How is a week anywhere supposed to change someone from a materialistic brat in to an empathetic adult? But whatevs, it’s MTV, my expectations are abysmally low at this point and thus, so is my outrage level.

So this chick was sent to live with a tribe in Kenya and wouldn’t help make a hut out of dung because they didn’t have rubber gloves to protect her manicure from the poops. The Masai girl she was staying with had this to say:

“She is insulting like, my community and, like, Africa.”

Aren’t you like, Kenyan? Why are you like, talking like a Valley Girl? That is what everyone in MTV’s core demographic asked moments after hearing that. I’m positive.

[EDIT]
And by the way, what’s more annoying than parents who spoil their kid rotten and then get angry with her for being materialistic and self-centered?
